AI that does the busywork

An n8n workflow I set up to take a social post from brief to scheduled. AI drafts it, a person approves it. The strategy and the final say stay human.

Social post approval flow Runs every time a brief comes in
  1. 1 Google Sheets Brief comes in

Topic, pillar, format and date added to the content sheet.

  2. 2 Claude AI drafts the post

Caption, hook and hashtags in the brand's voice, from a saved style guide.

  3. 3 Canva Design fills itself

The headline drops into the brand template and exports.

  4. 4 Slack Human approves

Client gets a preview with Approve or Change buttons.

Changes go back to step 2 with the note
  5. 5 Meta Business Suite Scheduled

Booked into the best time slot for that account.

  6. 6 Email Weekly report

Reach, saves and clicks per post sent to the client on Monday.

Time per post

By hand
45 min
With the flow
12 min

The 12 minutes left are the parts that need a person: checking the angle, tweaking the hook and approving.

11 hours back every month on a 20-post calendar Estimate. It depends on how many rounds of changes a client asks for.

    A bit about me

I've been in the digital marketing game since 2011, and the game has changed under my feet more times than I can count. I've changed with it.

I'm Dennise, a Chief Digital Marketing Strategist with 15 years of experience across social media, content, email and brand, from the early days of Facebook pages to reels, funnels and now AI. I studied Mass Communication with a minor in Advertising at St. Scholastica's College, sharpened my creative edge with 2D and 3D Animation, and never looked back. I've led strategy at a digital marketing agency as Chief Strategist, and the through-line across everything I've done is this: whatever the platform or the tool, I learn it, and I bring the craft with me.

My client roster spans industries that couldn't be more different from each other, and that's exactly how I like it. I've crafted content strategies for luxury real estate developers, run social media for paint-and-sip venues across Australia, built email and lead generation systems for freight companies, created patient-facing campaigns for oral surgery and psychiatric health clinics, and repositioned a plumbing brand from the ground up. Different industries, same standard: learn the audience, do the homework, and make the work bold and intentional.

I specialise in social media management, content strategy, email marketing, lead generation, and brand positioning, and I bring a strategist's eye to every single piece of content that goes out the door. I also move fast. I'm a quick study in new tools, new industries, and new challenges, which means you spend less time onboarding me and more time with the work moving.

I'm a genuine collaborator at heart. I don't just work for my clients and teams. I work with them. The best ideas come from the room, and I'm always in it.

And yes, I'm actively embracing AI, because that's where the industry is going and I'd rather lead the curve than chase it. But I'll always be the first to say: some things still need a human touch. The strategy, the instinct, the relationship. That's never getting automated on my watch.
